Yesterday we announced something I am PUMPED about, and something many of you have been asking us to do for a long time.

Next Wednesday, May 1 at 7pm at Powell High School we will have our next Night of Worship AND record our first ever worship album! The songs on the CD will be some of your favorites from the past 3 years since our church launched, as well as one or two new ones.

The CDs will cost $10 when they are here, but you can pre-order TWO for $15 next week at the event! Why do we want you to pre-order two? Because we want you to keep one, and give one away to a friend! So we’ll cut ya a deal to do that.

Mark your calendar now to be there next week so you can be in the choir – aka everyone at OneLife – on our first ever worship recording! And spread the word…we want to pack the house for this monumental night of worship!

This morning marked a milestone announcement for our second location. Drum roll please!

Starting next Sunday, and going for the next six weeks until summer, OneLife Halls will be in two services!

Last week’s Easter attendance maxed the building out – and then some – followed by another day today with nearly 200 in attendance. On top of that, OneLife Kidz has been maxing out the children’s area for several months! So starting next Sunday, the Halls location will have two services at 9:30 and 11:15!

That means if you know anyone in the Fountain City, Halls, Corryton, etc. areas, invite them to come to the first day ever in two services at OneLife Halls NEXT Sunday! And if you already attend that location, it’s time for you to get involved and help us make it happen! Email dylan@onelifeknox.com to be one of the 20 new volunteers it’s going to take to make it happen.

This is a big step, but one that I KNOW will lead to more and more lives being changed!

But now that I have your attention, we need your help!

We began a tradition several years ago of providing free pictures with the Easter Bunny to our community as a way to reach out in a practical way and get to know more families. It’s also the perfect chance to invite people to church the following day on Easter. We continue that tradition this year, but in two locations!

So on the Saturday before Easter, we will be setting up at both Chick-Fil-As in Powell and Halls to provide this fun event. It is the PERFECT opportunity for you to get to know other OneLifers while also loving on our communities.

Each of our locations is adopting their community’s Chick-Fil-A for the day, so to sign up for a time slot and a volunteer position, simply click on the appropriate link below!

When OneLife started more than three years ago, my dream was that God would do something SO great that only HE could get the credit for it. Part of that dream was that we would one day be in a position to help many other churches beyond our own four walls.

That dream is coming true! And I need YOU – OneLife Volunteers – to make it a reality.

On Saturday, March 2, we will be hosting The Duct Tape Workshop at OneLife Halls. This one-day event is for churches and their volunteer teams to come spend a day in a mini-conference environment, learning from literally the best in the country at how to do Sunday mornings with limited resources and still reach thousands for Jesus.

Volunteers will be going through “tracks” to learn more about kids ministry, first impressions ministry, worship/band, and tech/production. Presenters are coming here from Elevation Church, NewSpring Church, and the music/production industry. On top of that, OneLife will be leading the main sessions and hosting these churches to what we hope will be a day that equips them to go home and make a huge impact.

Already more than 135 people have registered from churches in 3 different states! And we haven’t even made it public yet. So it’s going to be sold out at nearly 250 people – the most we can hold at OneLife Halls! But that means we need YOU to help make it happen, while also learning from these “experts” about how we can make OneLife the best it can be, too!

I am so fired up for Sunday. Between the Christmas Eve services and taking the last Sunday of the year off, it seems like it’s been forever since we were in the regular swing of things. With the way the year ended on such a high note, I can’t wait to get back at it.

So I’m asking you to do one thing: SHOW UP ON SUNDAY!! Do whatever it takes to be there. Why?

1. We are going to CELEBRATE all that God did in 2012. I’ve compiled a bunch of stats and stories from the year, and it is AMAZING to see what all happened!
2. We are going to look forward to 2013. What is next for us? Come find out!
3. We are going to tag-team preach. I am going to be preaching alongside both of our location pastors. So you get to hear from me AND them!

I would love nothing more than to kick the new year off by having everyone there to celebrate and come together to look forward to another incredible year. Because as we look forward to what is NEXT, we do so knowing that the best is yet to come!
